They are included in the master zip on my site, but the green have to be renamed to appear properly.
In these zips, the names do not have to be renamed. 6 O5 K$ u% M; f5 W9 S1 A% G
Unzip and overwrite the master at the dates recommended. 1 d, g; [' [9 q3 b' P# d1 W# @1 m

The Grey backgrounds are used till 7/42.
The Green backgrounds from 8/42 till the end of the war.
