2、北太作战限制:5 b( O# {+ V$ u; S$ u7 s
双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区,包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿,双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求,一律禁止移动。6 D" f5 Y$ B; U8 ]

2 C4 H: I5 y% z/ v, b- f, U5、舰队编成限制:2 l6 H0 u- J& K; G0 O+ `6 Z5 ~
不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口,具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港,则每个舰队不少于4艘,此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。

0 S3 O. {- |$ [3 c7 {% o6、部队出国限制:2 o  p/ x& z5 S) Y; g" I2 Q! j
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。

10、飞机对海攻击使用限制:`, n( s* u; X0 B

日盟地面部队除国军外,改属必须达到编制的80%及以上,并且必须花费完全PP才能改属(即不能改属到同战区的其他HQ来达到节约PP的目的)

14、舰载机手动调整编制限制:* k! Z/ P4 A* V& e

15.同温层战斗机使用限制:8 w1 F0 i5 J7 B
禁止双方战斗机极限高度的同温层扫场和直掩行为,具体为双方战斗机执行扫场(Sweep)、直掩(CAP)任务的最大高度以该战斗机的第2最好机动性高度为上限。

巨港,巴力巴班和泗水这三地,若日方攻下,资源破坏超过50%,可以允许回档。算是给日方的一些优惠吧。

4 W! ?  K9 L, m2 w首回合一定要同样版本的EXE,否则日军会有空子钻,建议盟军方面要求此首回合作废,待统一EXE后再进行首回合部署。

西雅图其实可以打一打,北太虽有线,但毕竟是为了避免无谓的战斗,西雅图这种重镇还是有战略价值的,不过说回来,正常来说不太可能拿下,西海岸精锐部队太多鸟,蝗军就几辆豆丁坦克,玩不过美军装甲师的

逼迫KB远离珍珠港很有意义,这样会增加KB空袭的代价,另外不要小看DD对KB的攻击,先不说有可能命中航母鱼雷,仅仅想一下KB千里远征,无法补充炮弹这一点就值得一干。

" U! d  U; R2 z, W8 q6 Z5 q) v没办法呀,珍珠港里没ca了,那两条航母我损失得起,而且因为没有舰载机补充,开局相当长时间内,美军航母没有日军使用效率高,拼一把划得来,如果AE能实现从航母出发攻击KB后降落珍珠港 这计划就可行了

KB的主要价值在于它出动的攻击波是真正能对58形成致命威胁的攻击波
