3、四发使用限制:

4、鱼雷艇使用限制:

: Z' u, R+ Z$ a6 z6 K! P不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口,具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港,则每个舰队不少于4艘,此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。
' G, m7 Z6 M8 z; `! D+ }% i& ^6 ^$ R* \5 u1 T
6、部队出国限制:
1 x" e2 w2 B2 g. t" B  `1 J* w  F6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。+ V+ S* w/ l+ U! J3 s4 ^( U# C
6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军(HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队)才能出国作战。且必须在HQ到达后才可以相应改属。

6.4中国伪军只能在中国本土作战,泰国军队只能用于印度支那、马来半岛、缅甸作战。

日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足,日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联,不得故意激活苏联。

只能登陆基地和潜在基地。  P" j) @' \- T

单个伞兵部队同时只能在一个基地空降。如果空降突击战斗调整值小于1:1且战斗值小于1:1,此伞兵作重创处理,3个月内不允许再次空降。6 S, X& \  n( M) C7 J1 H

机型类别为中型轰炸机的需10000英尺以上高度执行对海任务。- b- e% G1 X  _

美军只有隶属于ABDA和东南亚的司令部的地面部队才能在印度作战。" p; ~1 S9 O+ U

盟军不能将地图外的基地作为进攻出发点,除非所有可以作为出发点的基地全部被占。

13、地面部队改属限制:

14、舰载机手动调整编制限制:

禁止双方战斗机极限高度的同温层扫场和直掩行为,具体为双方战斗机执行扫场(Sweep)、直掩(CAP)任务的最大高度以该战斗机的第2最好机动性高度为上限。

16、地面部队堵路限制:$ S7 r/ z# V4 P
双方部队相邻格对向前进时,禁止采用小部队故意阻挠对方前进的堵路行为。

不允许小部队突击消耗补给的行为。同时,需要注意过河自动突击的情况。

3 k9 W& @3 q: n7 J6 ?( M3 D. S首回合一定要同样版本的EXE,否则日军会有空子钻,建议盟军方面要求此首回合作废,待统一EXE后再进行首回合部署。

西雅图其实可以打一打,北太虽有线,但毕竟是为了避免无谓的战斗,西雅图这种重镇还是有战略价值的,不过说回来,正常来说不太可能拿下,西海岸精锐部队太多鸟,蝗军就几辆豆丁坦克,玩不过美军装甲师的

这是不需要的,你看看美军增援列表可知,受限的本土部队就很强大了,不是南方军那点部队啃得动的,何况西雅图不是你随便能进去的,前面两要塞挡着呢,偷袭是不可能的。

逼迫KB远离珍珠港很有意义,这样会增加KB空袭的代价,另外不要小看DD对KB的攻击,先不说有可能命中航母鱼雷,仅仅想一下KB千里远征,无法补充炮弹这一点就值得一干。

没办法呀,珍珠港里没ca了,那两条航母我损失得起,而且因为没有舰载机补充,开局相当长时间内,美军航母没有日军使用效率高,拼一把划得来,如果AE能实现从航母出发攻击KB后降落珍珠港 这计划就可行了

KB的主要价值在于它出动的攻击波是真正能对58形成致命威胁的攻击波
