5月24日,敌水面战编队企图偷袭帕果登陆船队,遭到KB迎头痛击后,KB上宝贵的鱼雷已经所剩无机,米酋之TF58以4艘CV的阵容,0CAP出击~~ 6 a/ L# p: n$ }5 z" a

帝国在5月初相继解放斐济、萨摩亚之后,望眼浩瀚的南太平洋,有一个美丽的岛国仍然是受米英鬼畜等白种人的控制,美澳之间的输送线将仍然照常运作,这个美丽的岛国便是新西兰。

新西兰原本乃毛利人的居住地,19世纪被英帝国抢占,北岛上的奥克兰和惠灵顿都是南太少有的深水良港,尤其是奥克兰还有宝贵的船坞,这对于在整个太平洋缺少船坞的蝗军来说具有极大的诱惑力~~,岛上的土著毛利人一直有反抗白种人控制的雄心,可惜无人支持,这次蝗军的到来和毛利人一拍即合~~因此大本营从5月初开始制定解放新西兰的代号——“8月风暴”的两栖登陆计划。
