红叶你没理解那个第2最好机动为作战高度的意思,是禁止普通战斗机4W以上高度(同温层)扫场和直掩,因为二战时的战斗机不可能在这个高度交战,飞行员会被冻僵的,发动机等飞机本身也会出问题。
