说实话,从登陆场一路畅通无阻的沿高速公路推进到查特斯堡,战斗(事实上除了行军没有任何战斗)之顺利完全出乎大本营的预料,甚至到达查特斯堡当天澳军都无动于衷,本来有机会把飞机全部转走,结果第二天发起攻击时,十几个中队还在机场上阅兵呢。

目前战况平淡,战报只有流水账。

  f$ E0 L' F' X米酋阴险的又一次把护航航母推在前面当了肉盾,承担了大部分攻击波,不过KB在44年以后作战也越加困难,主要表现在突防后命中率低的问题上,即使尽可能的减少战斗机比例,增加攻击机规模,但是突防后美军AA极为强悍,特别是主力舰艇的防空火力,KB当天损失的80多天山有40多是被高炮打下来的,打伤更是无数。此次海战占据天时地利人和,但是任然没有对TF58主力造成任何实质性的损失。

另外缅甸军调集5个新锐师团成功发起反击夺回八莫,印军惨遭逆推又爬回密支那去了。
追杀不了,TF58主力都能作战,而且是在极限距离上,KB航母的速度差太远了,TF58一晚上就跑回诺福克岛的基地去了。
埃塞克斯和独立组成的主力分队里面,多数只有1雷命中,损伤轻微,而且一晚上全速就回诺福克岛去了,追之不及,KB鱼雷也打光了。
