& k5 N& m$ O9 ^  K4 y5.盟军部队不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。部队改属必须花费全部PP点，禁止一切利用1/3PP点改属的行为，美军只有隶属于ABDA和东南亚的司令部的地面部队才能在印度作战，英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战，中国伪军只能在中国本土作战，泰国军队只能用于印度支那、马来半岛、缅甸作战，派遣军、关东军只有改属为非受限司令部的部队才能入印作战: C- H8 P! Y  @: {3 l。& v: z# z  X% y( |8 @7 w2 l) P1 b0 {( Q. ^
6.伞兵只能同时在一个基地空降，直至该基地被攻克才能执行下一空降作战任务，如空降的基地一直未被攻克，则该空降部队在执行空降任务的30天之内不能投入下一基地的空降作战。

尽管最重要的目标——航空母舰不知何故并未停泊在港内，但是整齐排列着的战列舰也是绝好的攻击目标，经过一个多小时短暂的空袭，珍珠港陷入一片火海，强大的太平洋舰队损失惨重，8艘战列舰中，马里兰、宾夕法尼亚、亚利桑那、西弗吉尼亚沉没，内华达和田纳西被命中5枚鱼雷，危在旦夕，加尼福尼亚和奥克拉荷马各被命中3枚鱼雷，伤势较轻。

5 {0 i4 ~: `3 U* fPH外海的KB遇到敢死DD队的夜袭，幸好有惊无险，双方均全身而退，不过此次夜袭致使KB向北方后退数格，以致于白天安排的对PH空袭超出了舰载机航程而未能实施，仅几十架零战前去扫场，击落了PH的直掩机30-40架。. M; U% ]; y% W% R

1 y& P' c8 T7 j: Y7 Q0 }) o: p0 A在损失了亲王和反击的Z舰队仍然貌似北上，在北大年附近遭遇蝗军掩护滩头的重巡编队，海战过后1艘DD沉没，一艘重创。

MINIKB在苏禄海附近攻击了ABDA舰队，命中米军CL博伊西三雷，将其重创，同时命中CL马波海德1雷。

12月16日-18日，双方的战斗主要集中在中国战场，国军在华中地区逐渐完成集结，目前蝗军在华中的战线岌岌可危，特别是驻守宜昌的第34师团，已被近10个军的国军包围，尽管击退了一次国军的突击，不过补给逐渐减少，目前看来宜昌已经岌岌可危。

12月19日-31日，双方争夺的战场主要在中国大陆。除此之外，帝国陆军仅在KB的掩护下登陆了卡位恩和拉包尔，并占领了两地，同时也于12月31日讲登陆部队送上了万鸦老。马来方面则在清缴无法撤退至新加坡的残兵，并在柔佛巴鲁集结兵力准备发动对新加坡的攻势。

此次会战分两个阶段，第一阶段是12月25日先期进入长沙城内的第13师团被长沙守军第九战区下6个军近5万人击溃，损失3000余人，不过侦查敌情和牵制长沙守军的任务也算是完成了。0 O2 J" x3 N7 A* E7 T4 @
12月30日，中国方面蝗军主力7000余战力抵达长沙城下，长沙会战第二阶段攻城阶段正式打响，在30日、31日连续两次谨慎攻击打出1:1后，于42年元旦1月1日发动了总攻击，一举突破城防，国军被歼灭2万余人，长沙共荣。
