估计程序里就嵌入了对后期日军水面舰队的降低效率设定。看上去是符合历史了，殊不知这只能鼓励43年停机大行其道。

恩，问题是现在该你进攻，如果到45年战线还停留在原地，就是日军Major Victory.

再者说，43，44年日军还有大量新师团编成，而你的毛子军还有好多分数等着人家去收割呢。

拿盟军，在广大人民群众的心目中，已经是占了无穷大的便宜。日军再怎么折腾，提出再怎么不合理的要求，也只有逆来顺受。抱怨也没人同情…………
