鬼畜利用K岛机场远程直掩boela，击落了不少日军轰炸机，不过这也从一个侧面说明，航空兵部队对boela的压制行动还是很令盟军感到不舒服的' X4 T& U4 J3 `: o2 v' a" F

3月16日
盟军58偕同战列舰重巡洋舰队出现在东帝汶东部海域，距离劳腾港仅仅一个之遥，虽然在3月初的boela海战中遭受重创，但是盟军58显然发扬了27大统领提出的“轻伤不下火线”的革命精神，带着剩余的2500+AC继续活跃在南洋最前线，帝国对目前的南洋局势表示关切。

3月18日当天，比亚克航空队经过一段时间重整后再次出击，这一次出动的是彗星舰爆队，专门对付在海面上执行运输任务的盟军小型运输船队，当天的出击共袭击了在海面上的两队和在港口中的一队运输船，取得了一定的战果，当然，也付出了一定的损失。

3月19日，帝国航空兵继续前一日的攻势企图扩大战果，同时盟军也反应迅速，开始在航线上布置远程直掩，因此第二日的空袭战果减小，损失增大，两天的空袭行动过后，尽管对于盟军的海上交通线进行了相当的打击，但是参加行动的紫电改5中队和彗星4中队都损失了超过70%的飞机，不得不撤出战斗重新整备。南洋空战的惨烈程度可见一斑。. Z. V% Z8 k; w) m* F

3月20日，扫场boela港的日军疾风丙大队人马遭遇强劲对手喷火8及野马等一票盟军新锐战斗机的阻击，全天的战斗，日军以损失超过120架战斗机为代价击落击毁不超过40架盟军战斗机，交换比之悬殊，令人心寒。
尽管为了维持龟头战线，帝国已经调集一切精锐投入战斗，自3月1日以来，连续半个月的高强度战斗后，帝国已经损失超过2500架各型飞机在此地。照这样的损失速度，恐怕帝国航空队的血很快就要放空在龟头地区了。* {+ U/ q6 O5 F$ F, C# E- o
