任务速度完全压倒巡航速度。。

# A- M2 c$ m$ x% y接敌并开战了了谁会还用巡航速度了？除非是完全被偷袭。

这是一个小问题，算是一个BUG，AE在计算双方谁被对手偷袭时，参照了舰队的原始设定。

. W6 T+ ^3 o/ S- X8 O' y* N个人认为，在实战中，舰队设定的移动速度影响到战果是没错的，但是目前的版本有点夸大了航速的影响。
