一、对战设置对战规则
& I( i0 i7 [7 |* I. {1、战略轰炸限制:3 t0 N8 a! q% j; l0 ~- y4 K$ v
实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土,同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。  K- f4 E" w! E2 b. u
2、北太作战限制:/ b/ ^$ ~3 z7 w9 ?8 g- \: c0 T' t
双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区,包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿,双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求,一律禁止移动。4 E! e! J! X' [6 a$ g5 G! c# Z* O
3、四发使用限制:
- _! i' f+ s( u+ }( \8 d禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索、反潜,四发轰炸机最低任务高度为10000英尺。必须在5级以上机场执行任务,其中B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。- a4 ]: x: D4 ?/ X" L8 L& B% k% q
4、鱼雷艇使用限制:/ N7 k$ H! g% B: \3 m! b- _
单个基地限制编成上限为6艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队,鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。6 c6 W) ^" T5 q2 o  r) U
5、舰队编成限制:- w# ]" P- @6 Y5 ~; g9 d9 U
不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口,具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港,则每个舰队不少于4艘,此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。1 A5 \7 [, v8 O7 k& _
6、部队出国限制:9 i" u& d: B- `7 P
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。
, O; E# b4 C5 f9 T9 j6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军(HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队)才能出国作战。
( Q8 C. ?" X* f: s( |) g- x6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。

日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足,日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联,不得故意激活苏联。

只能登陆基地和潜在基地。
